Less than a 7 night inquiry will not be considered until 90 days from requested arrival date and less than 4 nights would not take priority until 30 days; all stays are considered over weekend.

Any person(s) booking a rental must be over twenty-five years of age and take full responsibility for all other guests or that person must have each person/guest sign the terms/contract and give their personal contact information before terms will be accepted by Owner.


          NOTE: Reporting of these taxes is required by law.


Low season (roughly beginning of October to late March):

     Weeknights = $140.00     Weekend Nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) = $165.00     Weekly - 15%     Monthly - 50%

High season (roughly late March to the end of September):

     Weeknights = $175.00     Weekend Nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) = $185.00     Weekly - 15%     Monthly - 50%

Stays of over 2 weeks receive a basic  cleaning, every other week, at no additional cost

INCLUDEDS - utilities, wireless internet, cable and linens (beach towels not guaranteed)

Linens & cleaning fees: although not taxed, they are NOT included and are dependent on length of stay. 3 nights = $85.00; 7 nights = $125.00; 28 days = $175.00. Unlike taxes, often a bit is returned if at departure the house is left close to how it was upon arrival!

Pet: IF it is accepted, requires an additional minimum fee of $100.00 with an additional security deposit, also.

Good Care security deposit is also required and roughly $300.00, more for longer stays or pet. It is refundable w/no damage, loss, excessive cleaning or breach of contracts and less any bank or PayPal fee(s)

Payment: Check (personal or through online banking), Money Order, BB&T bank direct depoist (no fee!), wire transfer or Credit Card via PayPal (any handling fee(s) from bank or PayPal will be deducted from deposit)

     • 50% of Total Required to Hold - Balance (includes security deposit) to Confirm or Due 60 days

Prior to Arrival

Basic Cleaning (2 hr. max.) = Housekeeper will not disturb your belongings, therefore, no straightening up, making of beds or laundry; guest may coordinate additional work directly with housekeeper.

When a couple is renting a month or more, the 2nd queen or single bed is available for occasional use and that having others over for dinner or to gather around the pond is also enjoyable, as long as keeping our neighbors comfort remains a priority!

Any dates requested are only tentatively offered as available; payment of the deposit amount quoted, together with completed and signed forms must be received before a reservation is confirmed.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

If bookings are CANCELLED by you or your representative, the Good Care security deposit will be returned, less a handling fee and any bank or PayPal fees.

100% of rental fee is returned if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date; 50% of rental fee is returned if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
